Characterization of Exogenous Sequence Fragments in Extracellular Vesicles from Human
نویسندگان
چکیده
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) play crucial role in mediating intercellular communication. Small RNA is an important component EVs. However, the proportion of small sequencing (smRNA-seq) reads EVs mapped to human genome much lower than that cells, suggesting existence many nonhuman sequences there no systematic study on EV fragments unmapped genome. Herein, using smRNA-seq data, landscape exogenous cargoes portrayed. The results show distribution sequence 1838 samples; average 21.82% are genome, and 12.33% collected reference sequences. Furthermore, plasma samples lowest, while cell line samples, it higher, mainly from animals, bacteria, or contaminants. Exogenous plants food, bacteria gut microbiota. Virus-derived reflect high prevalence viruses population, such as herpesvirus hepatitis virus. This provides first implies diverse sources body.

Isolation and characterization of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii extracellular vesicles
Introduction: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) contain active biological compounds which play important roles in biological processes. The secretion of EVs is a common phenomenon which occurs in archaea, bacteria and mammalian cells. The secretion of bacterial EVs has been discovered in various species of both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Faecalibacterium prausnitzii is one of the comm...
متن کاملEXTRACELLULAR LIPA SE ACTIVITY CHARACTERIZATION OF SOME PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA STRA INS ISOLATED FROM HUMAN INFECTIONS
Pseudomonas aeruginosa EF2, ATCC 9027 and ATCC 19660 were grown in a continuous culture under Tween 80 (polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate) limitation and optimum conditions (pH 6.5, 37°C at dilution rate of 0.05/h). Culture supernatants were carefully removed and stored at -20°C. To purify the lipases, the culture supernatant was reduced in volume to approximately 10 mL by an ultrafiltra...
متن کاملAlternative Methods for Characterization of Extracellular Vesicles
Extracellular vesicles (ECVs) are nano-sized vesicles released by all cells in vitro as well as in vivo. Their role has been implicated mainly in cell-cell communication, but also in disease biomarkers and more recently in gene delivery. They represent a snapshot of the cell status at the moment of release and carry bioreactive macromolecules such as nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids. A major...
متن کاملExtracellular Vesicles in Regenerative Medicine, a Brief Review
Extracellular vesicles were initially known as cellular waste carriers, while recent studies demonstrate that extracellular vesicles play important biological roles in all aspects of life-from single cells to mammalians. Their pathophysiological roles in some diseases like cancer are being decoded. Extracellular vesicles are divided into some classes and there are different strategies to isolat...
متن کاملExtracellular Vesicles Derived from Human Umbilical Cord Perivascular Cells Improve Functional Recovery in Brain Ischemic Rat via the Inhibition of Apoptosis
Background: Ischemic stroke, as a health problem caused by the reduced blood supply to the brain, can lead to the neuronal death. The number of reliable therapies for stroke is limited. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) exhibit therapeutic achievement. A major limitation of MSC application in cell therapy is the short survival span. MSCs affect target tissues through the secretion of many paracrine...
